Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with their inquiries.
- Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
- Manage stock replenishment, including receiving deliveries and organizing shelves.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure that product displays are tidy and well-stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock audits.
- Handle minor store administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Promote ongoing store promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with previous retail/customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and basic English proficiency.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous engagements.
