Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection and answering queries professionally.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Replenish merchandise on shelves and maintain proper visual display standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages to the supervisor.
- Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
- Assist in stock receiving and organization processes.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a SPM/SPM-V certificate or equivalent.
- Possess basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Good mathematical skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Friendly, approachable, and possess a positive attitude.
