Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions, and handle cash accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform routine stock replenishment on shelves.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays are organized and visually appealing.
- Receive, verify, and store incoming deliveries from suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and store operational policies.
- Assist in promotional activities and product demonstrations as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; retail experience is an added advantage.
- Able to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for long durations.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new operational systems and store procedures.
