Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Perform accurate cashiering duties, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and e-wallet payments.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure product displays are neat, organized, and properly stocked.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and monitor product expiry dates to ensure quality standards.
- Assist in receiving stock shipments, unpacking goods, and updating price tags accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with a polite and helpful attitude.
- Follow all company standard operating procedures (SOPs) regarding store safety and security.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Possess a friendly personality with excellent communication skills in English and Malay.
- Willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in retail, F&B, or convenience stores is an added advantage, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic numeracy skills for accurate cash handling.
- Residing in or near Kepong, Bandar Menjalara is highly preferred.
