Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Operate point of sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately
- Stock shelves and maintain organized displays throughout the store
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all areas
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the store manager
- Assist with receiving and unpacking merchandise
- Participate in store promotions and marketing activities
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic numeracy and ability to handle cash transactions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good physical stamina for standing and moving around the store
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
