KK SUPER MART is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Shop Assistant to join our team at the Kepong, Taman Fadason branch. As a Shop Assistant, you are the face of our brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless and friendly shopping experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and product display.
- Perform regular inventory counts and restock shelves to ensure product availability.
- Monitor product expiry dates and execute stock rotation practices (FEFO/FIFO).
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments and verifying delivery notes.
- Resolve basic customer concerns or complaints effectively and escalate issues to the store manager when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with previous experience in retail or customer service are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with operating electronic cash registers.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle light physical lifting as part of inventory management.
