Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selections and answering inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales transactions and handle payments.
- Restock shelves and display products neatly to ensure a well-organized and appealing store layout.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team to ensure stock availability.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for shoppers and staff.
- Assist in cash handling and daily banking duties as required.
- Support the store manager in various operational tasks to ensure smooth daily workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or SPM holder with a minimum of 1 year of experience in retail is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
