Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide accurate information regarding prices and promotions.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions and balancing the cash float accurately.
- Restock shelves and displays with new merchandise, ensuring products are facing forward and properly labeled.
- Organize the store layout to optimize product visibility and maintain a clean, safe shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and store operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level education or equivalent qualification.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates and students are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise when necessary.
