Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to all shoppers in the store.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer questions regarding product features and promotions.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, process payments, and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Monitor stock levels on the sales floor and replenish shelves promptly to ensure product availability.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, aisles, and checkout counters.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly and achieve daily sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with people from all backgrounds.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as lifting boxes.
