Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise on shelves to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times, following safety protocols.
  • Handle cash transactions, including cash-ups and preparing daily deposits.
  • Monitor product displays and rotate stock to ensure freshness and appeal.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/SPM-V qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform light lifting.
