Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise on shelves to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times, following safety protocols.
- Handle cash transactions, including cash-ups and preparing daily deposits.
- Monitor product displays and rotate stock to ensure freshness and appeal.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform light lifting.
