Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide personalized shopping recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process cashless and cash transactions accurately
- Manage store inventory through stock rotation, replenishment, and cycle counting
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to optimize product presentation
- Ensure cleanliness and safety compliance across all store areas
- Support loss prevention measures through vigilant monitoring and reporting
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent educational background
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to handle standing and light lifting (up to 15kg)
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
