Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints effectively.
- Assist in the efficient stocking of shelves, organizing product displays, and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales transactions and handle cash handling with precision.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with the team to ensure product availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations within the store.
- Support team members during peak hours and assist in store setup or promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly in English.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform light lifting duties.
