Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries and product selections.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, handle cash transactions, and process payments efficiently.
  • Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, tidy, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or discrepancies to the store manager.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Ensure the store adheres to all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Assist in promotional activities and display setups to drive sales and customer engagement.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM certificate or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • No prior retail experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided to suitable candidates.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
  • Basic numeracy skills are essential for handling cash and transactions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
  • Must be physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • A valid Malaysian ID/Passport is required.
