Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with their inquiries or product searches.
- Efficiently process transactions at the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit cards, and e-wallets accurately.
- Restock store shelves and displays to ensure products are well-organized and visible.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts and replenishment orders.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing aisles.
- Handle incoming deliveries and ensure stock is stored securely in the backroom.
- Support promotional activities and ensure price tags are updated correctly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in retail or food & beverage is a plus.
- Possess a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Strong command of Malay and basic English; proficiency in other local languages is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and disciplined.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting duties.
