Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle various payment methods.
- Perform regular inventory checks and restock shelves to ensure product availability.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Manage basic inventory logs and report any low-stock items to the store supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with all store safety policies and hygiene standards.
- Support promotional activities and update price tags or displays as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Possess a positive attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to handle light stocking and warehouse duties.
- Prior experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service is considered an advantage.
- Able to converse effectively in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to standard operating procedures.
