Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing friendly and efficient assistance.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to handle cash transactions, payments, and receipts.
- Stock shelves and displays with products, ensuring items are well-organized, priced correctly, and easily accessible.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the receiving and stocking of new merchandise.
- Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times to maintain a professional appearance.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any complaints professionally.
- Assist in general store maintenance and adherence to company safety and operational policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPMV (Form 5) qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems are preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work well in a team and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to attendance and work schedules.
