Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly upon entering the store and assist them in locating products effectively.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system with high accuracy to process transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Ensure the sales floor, aisles, and shelves are always clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store manager to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Handle cash registers and cash handling procedures with strict adherence to company policies.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining attractive promotional displays to drive sales.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or O-Level qualification; a Diploma in Retail Management is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, cashier, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn POS software quickly.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail in cash handling.
