In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our store, ensuring that every customer enjoys a seamless, pleasant, and efficient shopping experience. Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet customers warmly upon entering the store and assist them in locating products effectively.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system with high accuracy to process transactions, returns, and exchanges.
  • Ensure the sales floor, aisles, and shelves are always clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store manager to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Handle cash registers and cash handling procedures with strict adherence to company policies.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining attractive promotional displays to drive sales.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or O-Level qualification; a Diploma in Retail Management is a plus.
  • Previous experience in retail, cashier, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
  • Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn POS software quickly.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail in cash handling.
