Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance with their inquiries.
- Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
- Manage stock replenishment, including receiving deliveries and organizing shelf displays.
- Ensure the store remains clean, tidy, and compliant with safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock takes to prevent shrinkage.
- Handle cash and electronic payment processing with high integrity.
- Assist in promotional activities and product merchandising to drive sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Possess a friendly and positive attitude with strong communication skills.
- Willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and retail operations is an advantage.
- Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light manual lifting.
