As a Shop Assistant, you are the face of our brand. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store operates smoothly, providing excellent service to our neighborhood customers, and maintaining the high standards that KK SUPER MART is known for. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) operations, including processing cash, credit, and e-wallet transactions accurately.
- Restock merchandise, monitor inventory levels, and ensure product displays are neat and well-organized.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing shelves.
- Monitor product expiration dates and ensure all goods are properly rotated (FEFO/FIFO).
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to maintain brand reputation.
- Perform daily stock counts and participate in periodic stock-taking exercises.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety, security, and operational policies.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior retail experience is a bonus.
- Must be willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- Strong integrity, honesty, and a disciplined work ethic.
- Energetic, physically fit, and able to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess own transportation for ease of commute to Residensi Lakeville.
