Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) cash register system accurately to process payments, cash, card, and e-wallet transactions.
- Perform daily stock replenishment and ensure products are neatly organized and beautifully displayed on shelves.
- Monitor product inventory, track expiry dates, and practice First-In-First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation.
- Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and safety standards across the store floor, counter area, and storage spaces.
- Promote ongoing store campaigns, loyalty programs, and special product discounts to customers.
- Assist in opening and closing store procedures, including securing daily cash flow and basic inventory audits.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; school leavers and fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in retail, supermarkets, or convenience stores is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in Bahasa Malaysia; basic conversational English is highly preferred.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Honest, disciplined, punctual, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks like stocking shelves.
