Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers promptly and courteously with product inquiries, purchases, and other needs.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash, card payments, and ensuring accurate transactions.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Receive, unpack, and replenish stock on shelves, ensuring proper rotation and display.
- Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and assist in stock-take activities.
- Handle product deliveries, verifying quantities and quality of goods received.
- Promote ongoing promotions, special offers, and KK SUPER MART loyalty programs to customers.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM/O-Level or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- A positive, energetic, and customer-centric attitude.
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as required.
- Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
