Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection and inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing cash and card transactions efficiently.
- Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are rotated and labeled correctly.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, aisles, and storage areas.
- Assist in inventory management, stock checks, and updating price labels as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashier duties, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new point-of-sale systems quickly.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and lifting light merchandise.
