As a Shop Assistant, you will be the face of the store, responsible for assisting customers with their shopping needs, managing the checkout process, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and assist customers warmly, answering inquiries and providing product recommendations.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves to ensure product availability.
  • Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Handle cash transactions with strict accuracy and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Assist with store promotional activities and merchandising displays.
  • Support the store manager with daily operations and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/SPM-V qualification.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills in Malay and English.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
  • Basic computer literacy for POS system usage.
