Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure high satisfaction.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately for cash, credit, and e-wallet transactions.
- Restock merchandise regularly and ensure shelves are organized according to planograms.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stocktakes to prevent shortages.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning checkout areas.
- Check expiry dates of products to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Support promotional campaigns and ensure display materials are correctly positioned.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Possess a positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in Malay and English.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and performing light manual tasks.
