Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers warmly and answering their inquiries promptly.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handle cash transactions, and balance daily till reports.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries, ensuring stock is shelved neatly and according to planograms.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocktakes and inventory management to minimize shrinkage.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe shopping environment by organizing aisles and restocking consumables.
- Support store promotions by setting up displays and ensuring promotional materials are visible.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate them to the supervisor when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level education or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or cashier roles is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium weight goods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail software is an advantage.
