Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by assisting them with product selection and inquiries.
- Stock shelves and displays with accuracy and care, ensuring products are rotated and priced correctly.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the receiving and checking of stock deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for all customers.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints in a professional and polite manner.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills are preferred.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise.
