Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, efficient service to all customers and assist with inquiries.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and process various payment methods.
- Ensure store shelves are well-stocked, organized, and properly labeled with price tags.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock checks and deliveries.
- Maintain high standards of store hygiene, cleanliness, and product presentation.
- Assist in the promotion of special offers and new product launches.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety and operational policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic numeracy skills for accurate cash handling.
- Positive attitude, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to stock replenishment.
