Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance with their inquiries.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and product display.
- Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions at the checkout counter.
- Manage inventory replenishment, including stocking shelves and rotating perishable goods.
- Ensure that all promotional displays are accurately priced and visually appealing.
- Monitor and report any potential security or safety concerns within the store premises.
- Perform end-of-day stock reconciliation and assist with daily operational reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Possess a friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
- Must be willing to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly responsible, punctual, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of other dialects is an added advantage.
- Must be able to work in the Taman Bahagia, Petaling Jaya area.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
