Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, efficient service to all customers and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Maintain stock levels by regularly restocking shelves and organizing inventory in the storage area.
- Ensure the store premises, aisles, and checkout counters remain clean and hygienic at all times.
- Handle cashiering duties, including accurate processing of payments, receipts, and inventory scanning.
- Monitor product expiry dates and ensure compliance with food safety and store display standards.
- Assist in promotional activities and ensure price tags are updated accurately.
- Report any security concerns or maintenance issues to the Store Manager immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Able to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a positive, proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light manual labor (stocking).
- Previous experience in retail or food & beverage is considered an advantage.
