Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in finding products and answering inquiries with a friendly attitude.
- Perform cashiering duties accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Restock shelves promptly and monitor inventory levels to prevent out-of-stock items.
- Manage the display of promotional materials and ensure price tags are correctly updated.
- Handle cash and digital payment transactions securely and reconcile daily sales.
- Support shift supervisors in daily operational tasks and store opening/closing procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical lifting (stocking shelves).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well independently or within a team.
