Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product locations, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately to process transactions and handle cash and card payments.
- Restock shelves and display products neatly to ensure a well-organized, appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock counting, transfers, and organizing storage areas as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the sales floor, aisles, and storage rooms at all times.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and sales events to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding safety, security, and loss prevention.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/SPM-V or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic numeracy skills and attention to detail for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and customer-centric demeanor.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting when necessary.
