Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entering the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed information about item availability and pricing.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
- Restock shelves, rotate stock to ensure freshness, and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Assist in inventory management by performing regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and store policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or SPM/SPMV qualifications are preferred, but relevant retail experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills with high accuracy in handling cash and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes or merchandise.
- High level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to working flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Familiarity with retail software or POS systems is an advantage.
