Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products, providing professional and courteous service at all times.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage returns efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure store displays are appealing and well-merchandised.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the store, including the sales floor and restrooms.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Support the store manager with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level education or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a keen eye for detail.
