Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection and inquiries.
- Stock shelves with fresh produce, groceries, and household items according to company standards.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales transactions.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
- Handle cash registers, manage payments, and balance drawers at the end of the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in reordering stock when necessary.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety within the store premises.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPMV qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Pleasant personality with a proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction.
