- Assist customers with their shopping needs, answer product inquiries, and provide friendly recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions and handle payments.
- Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and ensure product displays are neat and appealing to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking cleaning supplies and organizing aisles.
- Handle cash transactions, prepare daily sales reports, and reconcile cash drawers.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to the store manager.
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and security policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to perform basic math and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise.
