Your daily duties will include managing point-of-sale transactions, maintaining optimal stock levels, and ensuring a clean and welcoming shopping environment. - Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchase decisions.
- Operate the cash register accurately and handle cash/cashless payment transactions efficiently.
- Perform regular stock replenishment and monitor product expiry dates on shelves.
- Ensure eye-catching product displays and proper merchandising according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, neatness, and hygiene standards throughout the store premises.
- Assist in receiving stock deliveries, verifying quantities against delivery orders, and storage management.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve daily sales targets and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; school leavers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory (training provided).
- Good basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Possess a positive attitude, high level of integrity, and strong teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and manage light inventory lifting.
