Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure high satisfaction.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process customer transactions, including cash and digital payments.
- Maintain store presentation by stocking shelves, arranging products, and ensuring displays are neat.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist in restocking merchandise from the warehouse.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the store, including floor maintenance and sanitation of high-touch areas.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support promotional activities and campaigns within the store to drive sales targets.
- Adhere strictly to safety, health, and store security protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; candidates with prior experience in retail are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly motivated, reliable, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
- Physically fit to perform stocking duties and stand for extended periods.
- Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks.
