Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection and inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Restock shelves and organize aisles to ensure a clean, safe, and appealing shopping environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stocktaking and ordering processes.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate them to the supervisor when necessary.
- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and store presentation at all times.
- Assist in the back-of-house operations, including cleaning and waste management.
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training for the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with POS systems.
- Must be available to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and handle light physical tasks.
