Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through product inquiries, recommendations, and checkout assistance
- Manage daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and display maintenance
- Operate POS systems efficiently, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily sales
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards
- Assist with merchandising activities, promotions, and seasonal displays
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards during peak hours
- Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer service focus
- Basic numeracy and familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting (up to 10kg), and repetitive tasks
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and willingness to learn POS systems
