Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
- Manage and organize merchandise displays to ensure an appealing shopping environment
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor and checkout areas
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and pricing of new merchandise
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to customer service and store operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic numeracy and cash handling abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
