Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries, locating items, and processing purchases
- Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, shelves, and checkout areas
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Assist with visual merchandising and display arrangements to enhance product presentation
- Participate in stocktaking activities and inventory management procedures
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to customer service and store operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays if required
