Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through product inquiries, recommendations, and assistance with purchases
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process cash, card, and mobile transactions accurately
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves, rotating products, and conducting stock counts
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene standards, and organized merchandise displays
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and verifying deliveries against purchase orders
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance product presentation
- Adhere to company policies on loss prevention, safety protocols, and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage positively with diverse customers
- Basic mathematical aptitude for handling cash transactions and inventory tasks
- Proficiency with POS systems and willingness to learn retail software
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Reliable work ethic with flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
