Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and checkout processes
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized product displays to create an attractive shopping environment
- Manage inventory, including receiving stock, checking shelves, and reporting low inventory levels
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently to process customer transactions
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and balancing registers
- Monitor store security and report any suspicious activities or safety concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical ability for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
