Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure an organized and appealing shopping environment
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently to process customer transactions
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and conducting stock counts
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the store
- Monitor store security and report any suspicious activities to management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic numeracy and ability to operate POS systems
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle physical tasks
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Reliability and punctuality are essential
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
