Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure optimal presentation
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and pricing merchandise
- Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and security
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
