- Provide comprehensive information about product features, benefits, and usage techniques

- Process sales transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store performance goals
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to management
- Support promotional campaigns and special events execution in the store
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or retail certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising awareness
- Basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
