Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through product recommendations and assistance
- Operate POS systems efficiently to handle transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Monitor and replenish inventory to ensure product availability
- Process stock deliveries and manage warehouse rotation systems
- Assist with price checks, promotions, and seasonal displays
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations professionally
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic mathematical aptitude for cash handling
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting (up to 15kg)
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer operations
