Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through product recommendations and checkout assistance
- Manage inventory restocking, display maintenance, and store cleanliness
- Operate POS systems accurately while processing cash/credit transactions
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to store management
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise deliveries
- Adhere to company safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
- Support promotional activities and seasonal merchandising initiatives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year retail/customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Basic mathematical aptitude for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting (up to 15kg), and repetitive tasks
- Proficiency with basic point-of-sale technology
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
