Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash transactions and processing payments efficiently.
- Stock shelves and display products neatly according to company standards and safety guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and back-of-house areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and making change accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new procedures.
