In this role, you will be the face of the store, playing a crucial part in ensuring our customers have a pleasant shopping experience. You will assist in daily store operations, manage inventory, and provide top-tier customer support. Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by answering inquiries and assisting with product selection.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and securely.
  • Assist in stocking shelves, organizing products, and maintaining attractive product displays according to company standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
  • Ensure the store, aisles, and restrooms are clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues to the store manager when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent education qualification.
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Able to work flexible working hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
  • Basic computer literacy, specifically for operating a Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Physically fit to stand for extended periods and capable of lifting light to medium loads.
